Now create a new string Value in the right pane named 'LegalNoticeCaption' and enter the value that you want to see in the MenuBar.
Now create yet another new string value and name it:
'LegalNoticeText'.

2. Select Run From Start Menu.
3. Type gpedit.msc
4. Expand the Administrative Templates branch.
5. Then expand the Network branch.
6. Highlight QoS Packet Scheduler (Select by Single Click)
7. Double-click Limit Reservable Bandwidth (Available in Right Side Panel)
8. Check Enabled (Select By Single Click on it)
9. Change Bandwidth limit % to 0 %
10. Click OK Button.
11. Restart Your PC.
12. Now Check Your Broadband Speed.

Charts is the best way to visualise statstical information. If you present an audience with raw figures, people may get confused. But if you present data visually, then more people will follow your main points. Microsoft Excel provides a pretty easy way to create charts based on the data in the worksheet. But there may be a case when we don't have Microsoft Excel installed and we urgently need charts. To install Microsoft Office again and again is a huge task. So in this case we can continue our work i.e. making charts by opening some websites.
There are lot of antivirus available in market. And it is really very difficult to choose best antivirus. I did test on 104 most famous antivirus and is the lightest on system memory usage.
